The YOUNIB celebrates peace and unity through music

The YOUNIB organization recently hosted a secondary school choir festival called COCHOSESCHONA (concert of choirs of secondary schools of Nairobi) that brought together students from different denominations to celebrate peace, love, and peaceful cohesion. The festival was a joyful moment for students to sing for peace as a school.

During the festival, YOUNIB took the opportunity to sensitize students to the values of peace. Students had the chance to share their experiences and perspectives on peace and unity.

At the end of the festival, all participating students received awards for their participation and commitment to peace. This gesture not only rewarded the students’ efforts but also reinforced their motivation to continue promoting peace and unity in their communities.
